The goal of the course is to give the participant overview of theoretical discussions around service design and demonstrate advanced service design concepts, methods and process. The course includes service design case studies from health care, social design and from industry. The course will contain both theory and practical case task thought the stress is on practical applications. The course includes hands on working using technological service design tools such as service prototyping and service design movie making. Intensive course will be constructed around two service design briefs. This is an advanced service design course that introduces new technologies by doing and practical approach.
