In this course, students will be able to understand Design Thinking as an organizational resource that supports innovation processes in different types of industries and organizations and apply the tools of creative problem solving to propose innovative service and product solutions that are human-centered. Project-based learning, team simulations, and fieldwork will be carried out. Learning will be assessed through presentations and reports.
